We're looking for talented Director of Sales, Transfer Agent to join our growing Transfer Agent sales team. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage his/her skills and ability to develop new relationships and close critical business transactions. Territory sales representative targeting $1 million in first year revenue selling digital transfer agent services. Products include but are not limited to registrar and transfer agent, paying agent, exchange agent, annual meeting, KYC and tokenization. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a territory-based sales strategy. The strategy is to be designed to hit annual revenue goals, expense guidelines and sales activity targets.

 

 

Role Description:

  • Act with urgency, ensuring that the prospects in the assigned territory are receiving a first-class experience.
  • Effectively run nurture campaigns across the territory focused on brand awareness and service differentiators.
  • Present our solutions to prospects
  • Identify prospects need, perform a through discovery process and present appropriate solutions
  • Strong teamwork with the sales support teams from marketing to operations to meet sales quotas, share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
  • Traveling throughout the assigned territory to meet with prospects, partners and trade shows.
  • Build a referral network of professional service providers and law firms.
  • Effective prioritization skills. Ability to juggle long term and short-term objectives

 

Candidate qualifications:

  • An ideal candidate will have experience selling to the C-suit persona, an in-depth understanding of the transfer agent industry and the services, ability to work independently and demonstrate the ability to innovate and develop custom solutions for our clients.
  • Ability to work with multi-level prospect contacts, work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and work effectively in a team environment across the entire organization.
  • Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product and TA knowledge.
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to close business.
  • End-to-end negotiation experience, including identifying, developing, and executing complex transactions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with a range of stakeholders.
  • Passion for proactively analyzing the business, uncovering trends and shifts in the market, and prospecting emerging channels.
