About You

The Demand Generation Manager is an essential team player who will design and implement B2B nurture programs leveraging our global lead generation backbone, Hubspot, and related tools and systems. This role will be responsible for architecting, developing, executing, measuring and optimizing all down-funnel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads that grow and accelerate the sales pipeline. This role encompasses a mixture of strategic planning and analysis with hands-on campaign development and execution. To be successful in this role an individual must see the department as a revenue-generating arm of the company and constantly look to improve ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs and initiatives that achieve quarterly goals.
  • Execute highly targeted multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that span from lead gen to sales opportunity, and experiences that span across ads, personalized landing pages, direct mail, outbound email campaigns.
  • Create alignment and focus with functional experts across ABM, events, community, ads, web, content, email, experimentation, and sales development.
  • Develop target account lists and own lead segmentation .
  • Pair with product marketing to identify and explore new verticals, new personas, and new propositions. You will always be testing new playbooks. 
  • Collaborate with content, design, ads, ABM, ops, growth, sales, and BD colleagues. 
  • Build and scale email nurture / re-engage programs in Hubspot to drive responses and push qualified leads further down the funnel for conversion. 
  • Work with sales to support campaign adoption, track usage and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Ideate and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns such as nurture flows and post-conversion communications, from copywriting, proofreading, and segmentation creation to reporting Initiate and manage email campaigns end-to-end in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer support, content, product management, etc.).
  • Help set the direction for content optimization for webinar and email channel by analyzing campaign successes: webinar content, landing pages, eBooks, whitepapers, display creatives, and social creatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in demand generation, preferably for B2B in FinTech or SaaS.
  • 1+ years running multi-touch ABM plays.
  • Strong copywriting skills for email, ads, and social.
  • Ability to tailor brand voice and messaging to various audiences.
  • Excited about and motivated by B2B sales metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work with both marketing and sales teams. 
  • Ability to lead creative discussions and collaborate with creative counterparts.
  • Comfortable in (and hopefully excited by) fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of organizational skills to be able to multi-task multiple programs at various stages (Asana experience a plus).
  • Goals and results driven, with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high comfort level working with data.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, energetic, assertive, and results-oriented individual. Able to prioritize and focus in a rapidly evolving environment.
